The Sontec MES-432D9D brings one of the most legendary mastering equalizers into any modern DAW. It is based on the MES-432D9 used by some of the most demanding engineers in the world and is endorsed by Sontec creator Burgess Macneal. Metric Halo's State Space Model Extraction Process faithfully recreates the box tone and filter curves of the hardware. It runs on Mac (Apple Silicon or Intel) and Windows in AAX, AU, VST2 and VST3 formats.

What Sets It Apart

User-selectable over-sampling up to 16x, bypass per band, per channel and overall, input and output gain, and user control of some elements of the box tone are on board. Three parametric bands plus two shelves with stereo or M/S processing deliver precise tonal control, while integrated SpectraFoo metering and stepped controls round out the workflow.
