The Head and the Heart è una band indie folk americana nata nel 2009, nota per la sua capacità di fondere calde armonie con l'energia del folk-rock. Fondata da Josiah Johnson e Jonathan Russell, la band ora comprende Jonathan Russell, Charity Rose Thielen, Chris Zasche, Kenny Hensley, Tyler Williams e Matt Gervais. Sotto contratto con la Verve Records, hanno pubblicato sei album, tra cui l'ultimo, "Aperture", uscito a maggio 2025.
