The Korg Kronos 3 73 redefines what’s possible in workstation keyboards, delivering an expansive suite of features for stage and studio. A 73-note RH3 Real Weighted Hammer Action keybed ensures authentic touch, paired with nine independent synthesis engines—from lush pianos and vintage EPs to advanced analog, FM, and physical modeling. Musicians will find the Kronos 3 73 equipped with sophisticated sequencing, an ultra-responsive TouchView display, and more than 300 sound libraries for endless creative options. For artists demanding the highest quality of sound, control, and workflow, this instrument excels across every musical genre. Those who require power, speed, and expression in one comprehensive package will appreciate its design.

Unmatched Synthesis Power and Premium Sound Design

What stands out is the combination of nine independent sound engines: SGX-2 Premium Piano, EP-1 MDS Electric Piano, HD-1 PCM Synth, AL-1 Analog Modeling, CX-3 Tonewheel Organ, STR-1 Physical Modeling, MOD-7 FM/Waveshaping, plus MS-20EX and PolysixEX for vintage analog sounds. With the addition of 256 new programs—including a premium Italian Grand Piano and new Tine EP—players gain access to authentic, expressive tones previously unavailable in a single instrument. Real-time control through the enhanced TouchView interface, vector joystick, and assignable knobs and sliders enables detailed sound design and live performance flexibility.

Expressive Performance and Real Weighted Action

For players, keyboard feel and expressive response are essential. Graded resistance across four zones replicates the nuanced touch of an acoustic piano, thanks to the RH3 Real Weighted Hammer Action. This 73-key version is built for both pianists and synthesists seeking a natural, dynamic surface. Aftertouch sensitivity and a boot time that is now 60% quicker keep it ready for live sets or complex studio layering.
